Description

This Trader Joe’s scotch is a single malt, aged 8 years in oak casks, and has a very strong alcohol forward taste without much development. There is a 13 year version that is a lot better, but this is a perfectly good value, especially if you want to mix it for some cocktails. The bottle describes this Speyside single malt scotch whisky as “light honey gold in color with flavors of caramel, dried apricots, vanilla and light cinnamon spice leading to a smooth, oaky finish.
