Young in spirit, old in soul, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven comes from premium aged, Blue Weber agave Blanco Tequila that is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado. It is carbon-filtered, then finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, resulting in a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco Tequila.

•  Excellent balanced body, with slight balsamic tones, and strong notes of freshly cut Blue Weber agave.

Young in spirit, old in soul, Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila comes from premium aged, Blue Weber agave Blanco Tequila that is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado. It is carbon-filtered, then finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, resulting in a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco Tequila.

Aroma: freshly baked cookies, vanilla, baking spices
Palate: very smooth and on the higher end of the sweetness spectrum, notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and butter
Finish: long lasting and sweet

INGREDIENTS
4 slices of cucumber
2 oz* Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven
1⁄2 oz simple syrup
3⁄4 oz lime juice
1 small seedless jalapeño
1 oz pineapple juice

DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle 3 slices of cucumber.
2. Add Tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, and sliced jalapeño into the shaker together with ice.
3. Shake, then strain and pour over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Top the glass with pineapple juice.
5. Garnish with a rolled cucumber slice.

PALOMA DE JIMA

INGREDIENTS
3⁄4 oz agave syrup
2 oz* Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven
3⁄4 oz lemon juice
2 oz ruby grapefruit or blood orange juice
Ruby grapefruit or blood orange slice for garnish
Salt or spicy seasoning (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Add the agave, the Tequila, and the lemon juice in a mixing tin and shake.
2. Pour in a rocks glass over ice, and top with ruby grapefruit or blood orange juice.
3. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or blood orange.
4. If you prefer, rim the glass with lemon juice and then salt or spicy seasoning.

JOVEN ROYALE

INGREDIENTS
2 oz* Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven
1⁄2 oz rosolio
1⁄2 oz dry vermouth
2 dashes of celery or cucumber bitters
Cucumber rose ice cube garnish (or cucumber slice)

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass over a 2” cucumber rose ice cube (or in a coupe glass with a floating cucumber slice garnish).
