Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment. Sprinkle on fresh-cut fruits and veggies—watermelon, mango, coconut, oranges, jicama, cucumbers. An excellent dry rub for BBQ and grilled fish.
